Basic emergency numbers

If you run out of balance – it does not matter! Call friends at their own expense with «Call for friend’s expense» from Tcell. This service is available to all Tcell subscribers even with zero balance.

«My new number» Service – allows staying in touch when you change your phone number and be aware of calls coming to the old number. The service is free; works when changing from old numbers of mobile operators for a new Tcell number.

This service allows sending messages to mobile service subscribers with request to call the subscriber using the following USSD-command.

With the “Always Connected” service you will not miss a single call. If your phone is switched off or out of network coverage, anyone who calls you will be able to leave a voice message.
